1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

  • Email — Email address — used for authentication (magic links) and billing receipts.
  • Usage — Usage data — search queries, API calls, and feature usage, aggregated to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
  • Payment — Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers or CVVs.
  • Logs — Log data — IP address, browser type, request timestamps. Retained for 30 days.

2. How we use it

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your session
  • Enforce plan limits (searches/day, markets, exports)
  • Send transactional emails: magic links, billing receipts, service notices
  • Improve the product (aggregated, not individual analysis)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data storage

Account data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 SQLite databases). Keyword and product data is stored on our own servers. For Brazilian users, we process data in compliance with the LGPD.

4. Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@teclazo.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU or Brazil, additional rights apply under GDPR and LGPD.

6. Third-party services

AI agents (MCP connector)

Teclazo offers an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets AI agents access our Mercado Libre data through read-only tools. When you connect via OAuth, we create or link your account (email) and record per-tool usage for billing and analytics. The connector tools are read-only: they do not modify your account or data. We do not share connector data with third parties beyond our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, PostHog). Volume is capped by your plan.

7. Changes

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days in advance.
