Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

  • Email address — used for authentication (magic links) and billing receipts.
  • Usage data — search queries, API calls, and feature usage, aggregated to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
  • Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers or CVVs. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Log data — IP address, browser type, request timestamps. Retained for 30 days.

2. How we use it

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your session
  • Enforce plan limits (searches/day, markets, exports)
  • Send transactional emails: magic links, billing receipts, service notices
  • Improve the product (aggregated, not individual analysis)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data storage

Account data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 SQLite databases). Keyword and product data is stored on our own servers. Cloudflare infrastructure is distributed globally. For Brazilian users, we process data in compliance with the LGPD.

4. Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@teclazo.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU or Brazil, additional rights apply under GDPR and LGPD respectively.

6. Third-party services

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection

7. Changes

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days in advance.
